  The Dylan is a fantastic hotel, the lovliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The interior and exterior are fabulous and it was extremely comfortable. The staff were delightful and we will definately go back. I can't wait! - Great staff who took care of our every need. Very luxurious rooms.

  This was one of the best trips I've had to Dublin. My flight was delayed, and my husband's flight was ever more delayed, so we arrived late at night, tired, hungry and grumpy. The staff could not have been nicer, whisking our bags upstairs and organising drinks for us in the drawing room at the speed of light.   This is the second time I've stayed in the Shelbourne Hotel and will definitely be returning. Stayed with a friend of mine just for a night away to catch up and do some shopping etc. location is absolutely perfect, a short stroll to Grafton Street, and surrounded by great pubs and restaurants. We were given a beautiful room on the top floor overlooking the Green...we had only boo - Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! Everything in this hotel was as you would expect for a 5* hotel. At no point did we think something was amiss as is often the case in other hotels. Even the staff on the doors remember you when you return from a day out! It is sli
