It was central , clean and the staff were helpful , The breakfast was good . The only thing was the door kept banging in the night like there was a breeze coming from somewhere and this did keep my awake for part of the night. Excellent location near shopping and only 1k from Temple Bar. Hotel Staff were the friendliest and most helpful of any city in Europe we have visited. Breakfast was great. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The room was comfortable with flat screen tv and a desk.It was well situated, comortable and the staff were very helpful. The staff in the restaurant (for breakfast) were also very pleasant and efficient. I also loved the location of this hotel (very central) and the fact there is a comfortable lounge/bar for relaxing in. They even lent out umbrellas free of charge!. Me and my friends found the hotel very, very nice, comfortable and clean. The rooms were quite big and with all equipment you need. Shiny bathroom, nice closet, flat screen TV, waterboiler with tea and coffe. All hotell staff were extremely nice and helpful. Their tourist advices improved our visit! A big plus was the breakfast in the cosy breakfast room.The staff on reception were very helpful. I liked the cosy atmosphere of the hotel, better than the big impersonal hotels. I thought in a city it might have been noisy but I found it easy to sleep because it was quiet at night. I liked the central position of the hotel : I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see. Ellie, the woman who works at reception was wonderful! She helped us plan out our entire trip while we were in Ireland! She was so nice and helpful!. I liked the charm of the building and rooms. However, the bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep quickly again. Just a small point, but I would have thought that they could have left some biscuits with the tea and coffe in the rooms.Breakfast good, full irish puddings bit dry. beds could be more comfortable. Room was small for someone with my disability. small point,,maybe more then 4 uht milks in a room,where there are 2 staying.could not have a second cup. The food wasn't great but at the price I wouldn't have expected anything more. The front rooms were not as good, clean and quiet as the back ones. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to have a look at them before choosing...We used one credit card to check in and tried to use another to check out. The clerk didn't want to do this as it would be too much work. His English was a bit broken so we didn't fight it too much. I believe he felt badly for shortly thereafter he was extremely friendly. Our mistake. if you dont wake up early you ll never get your room done until next day. The room was not soundproof. While I was sleeping, I heard even snoring sound from the next room. the car park was terrible. it was full of junk and empty beer bottles. we were made to leave our keys at reception so they could move it if needed. when we left they had parked the car so close 2 the wall that we coud not get it moved without hitting the wal and scratching the whole front left hand side of the car.The bathroom was very compact and could do with a freshening up. Wlan did not work in the room. Wlan is a must for me.There were no evening meals available, the sound proofing between the rooms could be improved.
