Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. Very comfortable bedroom. Staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Excellent breakfast.

Tv needs upgraded and didnt have any of the sky channels which were on the hotel information except for one (sky sports 2). Evening meal on the second night was very overcooked.

Lovely room, leisure centre and cleaning staff. My daughter left a toy behind and the staff found it and kept it for us - much appreciated!!

Receptionist at check in could have been friendlier - she was a bit abrupt.

We love the Nuremore. Visited first in 1989 and return twice a year to enjoy this lovely hotel.Set in beautiful grounds, planted with magnificent trees and shrubs the hotel offers a warm welcome, great food and friendly service.Facilities are very good and include a nice pool and leisure centre.The Kavanagh Centre at nearby Iniscein is well worth a visit.Once discovered, this is a hotel that compels you to visit again.In our case, twice every year.

Rooms, facilities very good. We were there for a fishing trip and were accommodated with freezer for bait etc.

The clientele on that particular night. Had to leave the bar as there was a gang of dubliners using foul language which was grossly offensive to listen to. Same at breakfast next morning.

I had to ask for towels and hair dryer . Our breakfast came to the room without tea or Coffey. Service was slow at 9o clock dinner sitting.

The restaurant was lovely and very accomodating. The rooms were nice - spacious and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The ground were beautiful.

We stayed on a Saturday evening and the band in the bar were very loud. This is my opinion and myself and my friends were sitting in the lobby not the bar itself. It was unfortunate too that we had salon queries but no one was available to answer them on 2 occasions on a Sunday morning.

We loved the peaceful location and the surrounds lovely to look out on the golf course. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient which we appreciated.Good breakfast with lots of choice. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect.

I think mid week rates could be a bit more competitive e.g. some Dublin hotels offer much better rates.

Receptionist very helpful/competent. Ambience stylish. Pool excellent. Quiet, picturesque setting. Availability of sky sports TV channel in bedroom.

Long wait for bar food. Difficulty controlling hot water flow for shower. No flat screen TV.

The friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness and the plentiful supply of towels and toiletries. A beautiful hotel located on beautiful grounds.It is brilliantly signposted around the town, so it is really easy to find.

Staff were superb very friendly and excellent customer service. Location lovely

Big issue for us was that the heating was turned off at night -- if I'm paying 270 for nights in a hotel I expect to be able to turn the heating on and off when I like - like I would at home. -- this would stop me going back and from booking our wedding there which we were thinking about.

1.Reception staff courteous and friendly 2. Size of room and nice view, bed comfortable 3. Staff always pleasant if a little slow in the bar

1. Poor unsecured wi-fi in bedroom 2. TV reception dreadful and channels did not match the information in the room. 3. Restaurant not open Sun - Tue and bar meals and drink very expensive + slow service. Forgot to serve ordered dessert until staff were reminded. 4. Some cobwebs in bedroom around light,rusty mirror in bathroom, water stain on carpet under radiator valve.
