Putra made us feel welcome right from the start. His drivers picked us up from the airport, they were polite, welcoming and professional. The Villa was lovely. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which for us was perfect. Each room has its own bathroom and small lounge area with tv. Putra at all time was very professional helpful and always there if we need him 24/7. Thank you for making it a happy stay.

Nice design. 5 mins walk to the street where you can get grocery and shop around. the location, friendlienss of the staff and the facilitys and decor. The staff were excellence... Place was awesome... nice staff, cleaning and very good location. Paying in cash can be a bit of a pain for most people. Putra very kindly allowed us to pay over a 2 day period. We did find the kitchen didnt have a fry pan, we went and brought one. That is the owners issue and is no slight on Putra and his team. Nothing at all!. The bathtubs are old and dusty and require replacement. Also, the mosquitoes in the rooms and unavailability of washing machine in the villa. The non AC parts of the villa like the bathrooms and kitchen which are semi outdoors, could get very hot and humid. They could do with some ceiling or wall fans. we liked the location, close to the Bintang supermarket, but it is a 25 minute walk to the beach and more to the main nightlife area in Seminyak around Seminyak square. However this means the villa is very peacful, and taxis are extremely cheap and plentiful if you dont fancy the walk. Mosquitoes. Ants. Pool(1.5 meter) is too deep for young children. Air conditioning capacity is not adequate (not cool during daytime). Stained cups and glasses. Credit Card not accepted- CASH ONLY upon check out. The pool is a little bit small. The location is hard to find... electric not stable, power off several times.
