The service was impeccable ! The staff are friendly well trained and groomed and anticipated your every need . The suites are large and comforable with great views of the ocean . The sound of the ocean was incredible . Great location to Seminyak markets and shops . Short walks to restaurants via the beach . No need to leave though when the food and service so fantastic . We left 3 children at home to enjoy some time together . It was 5 nights we won't forget !.

The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars. Food was amazing & reasonably priced for this standard of hotel. 3 Beautiful pools to choose from - right on the beach so always got the breeze. Excellent location, close to all good shopping and restaurants. The attentive service, the huge luxurious suites, and the the fabulous ocean view, the infinity pools, the pool bar, ...and on and on. The breakfast was suberp. I will definitely come back and would not hesitate to recommend to friends. Massage and food expensive relative to competitive offering. Nothing really!. you're kidding? what's not to like?. I could not find anything.
