Fine Hungarian and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the restaurant. The 1,900 m² spa area includes indoor and outdoor pools, a thermal pool, a hot tub, a water slide for children and much more. The saunas can be used at a surcharge, and massages and beauty treatments are available on request.

Very, very clean. Practical furniture, lot of mirrors. Everything you may need (except Internet) you will find in the room. Nice and comfortable. Very good food in the superb restaurant at the sixth floor - I presume „Le Chef” is The Grand Master of Gastronomy - everything was perfect. Beautiful surroundings. Nice staff. The Excellent SPA hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean swimming pools and room is in perfekt condition. Meal is very taste by large selection. Milý personál. Čisté bazény a izba v perfektnom stave. Wellness is top and we loved there. It was very good closing of wellness at 22:00 PM. Room was clean and very nice. WI-fi Internet connection only in the main hall - at the front desk Reception, ... but there are a lot of very comfortable arm-chairs, tables, a bar, paintings on the walls, cozy and very pleasant place to stay. Too warm in the hotel and in the elevators. Thin walls with poor noise-insulation - you can hear a lot from the next room. The Sauna world is small and crowded. Phone calls and e-mails are often not answered. One of the restaurant waiter didn´t know to speak English, but he called to his colleague for me, so it was ok. There is only 1 small navigation for Hotel parking. It was quite hard to find the basic entrance of the Front Desk. It is situated at 7th floor. I liked everything. breakfast and dinner can be improved. Please, change a cups of tea:-). to expensive parking is not free wi-fi is not working. Road signs should be more clear pointing to a hotel reception. After arriving to a lobby we recognised that this was a thermal bath lobby. For a spa, they never changed our towels. When asked for a new towel we were told that maybe next day. Having wet towels is not very pleasant. We were charged separately for our 'FREE welcome drinks' and 'Sauna world', which was included in our package. The staff in the dining room are not friendly and not helpful at all. Actually they are afraid to get in contact with the guests. Although the hotel location is great I had no chance to enjoy it for my room faced to a remote area. The staff was anything but friendly. The receptionist gave me the feeling that my booking through letsbookhotel.com had lower rank. The sauna was also good but I had to pay for it by my surprise. The sauna bar was closed. In the room I found bugs. The room was cold I realized the thermostat didn't work.
