Great location. Energy efficient room(except I couldn't turn off certain lights unless I turn off all). The staff was excellent, very helpful. The room was clean, and the staff made sure the room was made unless I requested not to. Very helpful when I asked the directions. When I exchanged currency, pointing out that I save more if I go to the bank(I did it there anyways). No doubt the location of this hotel is one of the most convient spot in Hongkong. The space including lobby and the room we have are well redecorated, fashion and bright, clean and comfortable. Staff and manager are polite and helpful. Price of the hotel probably one of the cheapist in Wanchai, at least the C/P value I figure would be the best of all hotel I been to.

Weappreciated the position of the hotel with its easy access to theharbour and other interesting places of interest. After visiting Kowloonwe knew we had made the right choice to stay in Wan Chai. The staff was friendly, the hotel looked new and clean. Around 4 mins walk to the nearest MRT. Overall i'd say value for money and i was very happy with it.Hotel's location was excellent, got upgraded on arrival, room was big and highly equipped, breakfast was good but don't expect a 5-star endless buffet. No.Bed was a little too firm for my liking, but every bed in Asia seemed to be just like that. We booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one. They said it is because we booked online!. The smell of the room itself. Maybe an air freshener would help. Other than that, our stay was very nice. Buffet breakfast a bit limited - no coffee area. the pillowa were too hard. They propose different kind of variety from the softer to the hardest. I ask to have the softest and felt no difference between the 2 and experienced neck pain afterwards. The beds were twin and a little hard, but not uncomfortable or unusualfor Hong Kong.Healthier breakfast would have been good. A little noisy at night until the bars close.Just because the hotel is located on the main street so it's quite noisyin the morning.
