It was a very short stay but the hotel and our room was very comfortable andattractive.

The reception staff could be more friendly and approachable. Also theswimming pool was unfortunately not available for use, which wasdisappointing - especially considering it was an August booking andtherefore peak season and rates.

Changing the furniture in the rooms. The furniture is old and definitely does not look like a furniture in a five star hotel.

the location is good

the room is too small for a 5stars hotel, the bed is also small, the bathroom is the worst we have seen in 5stars hotel, the carpet was quite dirty and the meal from room service was awfull according to the price you pay! in general this hotel is good but it shouldn't be characterized as a 5 stars hotel and the prices should be lower. You pay too much for what you get!
