Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

Great hotel in a lovely location, we loved watching the sunset each night. We were treated brilliantly with little treats making all the difference: strawberries, chocolate and champagne being left complimentarily for us and the staff were brilliant, coming all the way down the stairs just to help us with things like our sun umbrella!

We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second! The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. I can not speak highly enough of my experience at Villa Nireas. Alex and Maria were overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating. They are friendly and took a real interest in assisting us and advising on places to go. The apartment is new and is very comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. The beach is a two minute walk and is beautiful

Everything was perfect. It's a family run business and you are treated like family. They were always very kind, picked us up at the port, drove us to the rent-a-car in the town, offered some local food specialties twice so there were no words to describe the kindness of all. The apartment was great, comfortable and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, so we definitely recommend villa nireas!
