Although we were booked fro villa Cilo we stayed at the families nextdoor apartment block called Sea Wave.We were able to use the facilitiesat both premises.staff very friendly and welcoming, dealt with problemsquickly.Apartment was basic but clean and staff very helpful andfriendly. Had greek night with food included free of charge. Verygenerous people. Sometimes room smelt of sewage but when mentioned to staff they quicklysorted out the problem and then asked us the next day if it was ok andif not we were offered to move rooms.

Perissa (200 metres) is one of Santorini's best beaches. Next to Emporio village, Perissa has an endless dark sandy beach.

Emporio (2.5 km) - Further inland, Emporio is home to an old fortress, old windmills and 2 blue-domed Cycladic churches.

Firostefani (12 km) - North of Fira, this extension of the capital offers excellent views of the caldera.
