The staff were helpfull and friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Easy to assist with information on location if places I wanted to visit. Great location - close to Syntagma (Constitution Sq) and Metro station.Nice and clean room, good price. Great value! We'd stay here again.The location was central to everything we wanted and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice.

Excellent service, friendly welcome at 2am, clean modern room, wel equipped, amazing view of the Acropolis (Room 507). I like the location and all the small details that make the hotel special. Very close to center. Ermou, Simtagma,Kolinaki. Best customer service. Warm welcome. Depending on who was on the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The second stay we had a room with a view and that was amazing. Breakfast was very good.cleanlines,hotel location,near of public transportation,restaurants.I recomend this hotel. The location is good and so is the breakfast.....felt it was little overpriced though.convenient location, breakfast service and accommodations generally. The breakfast is very basic. The reception are ok not that helpful but you don't really need them.the continental breakfast was avg at best. I was stuck in 1 of the tiny 2 rooms that were on Floor 1 - past the breakfast area. They were doing maintenance on that floor early in the a.m. Someone walked into my room in the morning unannounced without knocking (a maid? repairman?), and there was no shower...just a hand-held shower head...so water got all over the miniscule bathroom. A little noisy. Overpriced, but that's Athens. Actually, considering room rates in the city, this hotel was affordable.
