  This hotel was exactly what we wanted. Its location was perfect - in a posh street with lots of cafes etc. We particularly liked the little extras for example, free minibar, fruit everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast but the highlight was definitely the steam room which we used everyday. We enjoyed the location, ambience, services and helpful staff and chose to stay there again on this recent visit.

  Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.
