We had a wonderful room. We had the playmobil package which included tickets to playmobil land AND dinner at the hotel our first night there. The dinner was very good. The room for our family of 5 was fantastic! Fans were provided. We were traveling throughout Germany for 3 weeks and had difficulty finding large rooms. The breakfasts offered a huge selection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

For example a "tosti". heating hardly adjustable, rooms too warm (with windows open it was fine, but a waste of energy : (. I did not now what offer is inclusion in price of room. I did not like the noice that I heart from other rooms, it was disturbing my sleep, to my opinion isolation against the noice shoud be better. I think there were some repairments in the hotel during my stay and they should be done in the morning when most of the people are not in the rooms and not in the evening when people want to rest.Bathroom was very small. Cleaning staff tried to enter our room twice inthe morning before we had checked out (would advise to use the 'do notdisturb' sign). No airconditioning, so it can be a bit to warm.Jetlag kept me in the room later in the morning than I had anticipated, and apparently the cleaning staff gives you one opportunity to get out or they don't clean the room. I had to ask for fresh towels. it was further from centre than expected. Hotel hard to find in the dark, directions confusing. Room (232) was hot and stuffy, especially the niche where the bed is placed behind the wardrobe. Too much traffic noise. Request for NS/twin room had been overlooked and we ended up with a double bed and an ashtray, though the room wasn't smokey as such. Room was next to busy road.Person answering the phone was not pleasant when called to ask a question from our room. we requested a non smoking room and although the staff said it was the room smelled like smoke and the room had an ashtray. Very old room with smelly carpet. We had to wait long before being seated for breakfast, too many people for the space or staff.
