The staff were wonderful, everything was fast and efficient. Close tothe major tourist attractions and train station, ie walk to everything. Location was walking distance to center of town, market area and train station.we got a family room and it was sooo big. I was not expecting that at all!. Very nice, clean and large room. Very helpful staff,comfortable room,hotel close to all amenities. Hospitality, cleanliness. The Hotel near the main railway station and just across the street of inner old town. Very hospitable staff at the reception. This hotel is a great value and located a 2 minute walk from the walledportion of the old city center. I rated services/facilities and comfortas "good" and not as excellent only because the facilities are basic. Iwill stay here again when in Nuremberg.very comfortable clean large and quiet room very close to old town and sites . Staff gave clear information when asked. ease of parking, proximity, to town, front desk spoke good english, comfortable bed and good size room. Breakfast price is to high must be included in the price or not more than 5€. it's not offering anything else then breakfast.We got a mansard-roof room and in August it was too hot. I hope that this was not due to the bookings.com online reservation. 12 Euro charge for a buffet breakfast is a bit steep.Room lighting was poor. Would have appreciated knowing that the bathroom did not have a bathtub. location is a bit misleading. comfort. no lift, but it was written some where so I already expected that. To charge 12 euros per person for the breakfast was outrageous -- they even charged it to our 3-year-old child!. Limited furniture on room (no working table). I don't think they cleaned everything before we went into the rooms. Smell of cigaretts in public access area. I reserved double room but I got twin room and when I was complained i was told the hotel was full. I didn´t like a smell of the smoke in the room. Parking not on site. No 24hr reception.the room was so-so, looked like not renovated for some time. there were two lamps in the ceiling, one with white light and another with orange.. the towels were rather small. so the room was all right but not modern and not cozy as I thought it would.
