  One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!! Great Bar and Bar-staff super friendly!   This hotel was the perfect choice for a overnight during my car journey from Italy to Norway. Free parking, very good location, just outside the highway, perfect choice if you have just to briefly rest on night during a long trip. Breakfast was huge and delicious. We ate restaurant of the hotel and it was a good choice. Nice prices and tasty dinne... what people say » r. The bathroom in my room I think was renovated: brand new, clean and shiny. Perfect shower. Staff was helpful and kind. - The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very helpful as we travelled with my daughter who is registered blind as is my husband so they gave us rooms that were next to each other and that was much appreciated. Everybody was very friendly and most spoke good English. Windows opened wide unlike here so it was easy to get a breeze through for some air.
