  Excellent modern and clean facilities, v comfortable room and great staff, location was great too - located in West Berlin and about 10 mins walk to Zoo, 2 mins walk to closer u-bahn stop. Room was serviced daily - no matter what time we left the room which was great.   I appreciated very much the kindness of the Landlady Miss Sybille who went out of her way in order to be helpful. She gave me all the information I needed in order to move around Berlin and the last morning of my stay she even cooked a 'personalised' breakfast for me. The U-Bahn station Ernst Reuter Platz is about 300 metres away. Absolu - This must be the friendliest & best value for money pension in Berlin. Ideally situated for a city break, close to Tegel airport & just 20 mins on the underground to the city centre. The host is very friendly & attentive & spent a great deal of time helping me plan my visit & sightseeing. Breakfast was superb. If I ever visit Berlin again, this would be the place I would stay!

Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.

  This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and beds also great. I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful.
