Excellent modern and clean facilities, v comfortable room and great staff, location was great too - located in West Berlin and about 10 mins walk to Zoo, 2 mins walk to closer u-bahn stop. The room was spotlessly clean, and well decorated. The staff were really helpful, and it was in a good location. I felt super comfortable there and I'd say it was the best hotel I've stayed in the entire trip. If I return to Berlin I would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and beds also great. I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful. Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.
