  We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. He prepared freshly made (complimentary) espressos that we enjoyed in the lounge with delicious christmas cookies and chocolates until we decided ... what people say » what to do with our day. He helped us book a last-minute city tour and provided detailed information for the Christmas markets. While our room was be - The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

  The location is very good. It's close to many places one "should" visit in the city. The stuff was very nice too! The ground floor is nice, cause there is a (kind of) bar at night there, and many sofas chairs and tables. Also, the building has a beautiful internal open space too! What is more, the place is clean and the rooms (at lea - It was a nice place to stay, most of the staff are helpful and willing to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use them again

  The location is superb! Ani, the young lady at the front desk was very sweet, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean! I'd definitely recommend it to friends and I'd love to stay there again. Thank you! - Perfect location, clean and very practical accommodation as long as you are not too demanding.   Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

  Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.
