  Excellent value for money hotel.Very central location, across the road from KaDeWe store and underground station. Area felt very safe, important as we were an all girl group. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and supplied a good breakfast. Staff were helpful although some had limited English. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.Excellent buffetbreakfast.Hotel stuff is extremely friendly and helpfull.   Upon arrival one of the rooms we booked was not ready, however we arivedaround noon, check in is normally not until 2:00. We left all ourluggage in the room that was ready and went out, when we arrived back,Dieter had put a bottle of wine on ice in the room that had not beenready. Deiter went out of his way to make certain that our stay was agood o... what people say » ne, he is a wondeful assest to the hotel. - The atmosphere is very pleasant; the rooms are big, well decorated and cosy; the staff takes care of all details and the hotel is very well placed just in the centre of Berlin. If I come back to Berlin we will for sure choose the same hotel. - It was really in centre of the Berlin; Hotel itself was lovely with high ceilings (bathroom was small, but how much time you spend in there?) and it was not next to some busy street, so in the morning you could have a really peacful sleep :D

  Lovely comfortable and spacious rooms. Beautiful breakfasts, lots of choice. Excellent facilities - swimming pool, sauna most enjoyable. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Would have no hesitation in recommending hotel, it's location was fantastic - walking distance from train station and central for all transportation making easy access... what people say » to all historical sites. Food excellent although the wine list was a bitpricey.Good location beside the Zoo and bus station for service buses toall the main sights.Easy to get to and from Tegel airport by taxi (approx 16 euros).

  This is my most favorite hotel that I have stayed in during my 2 month trip through Europe. The price was definetly affordable for the accomodations, the staff was incredibly helpful and I really couldn't of asked for a better room. I definetly will stay here again every time I am in Berlin.
