  The hotel is surprisingly posh, we didnt expect such a caliber when booking it. The staff is very polite, very helpful, and it is easily accessible through U-bahn and S-bahn. - The hotel was excellent and if I understood right, opened just a couple weeks ago. Good location (not central) close to Tegel Airport, only a short ride on the tram to wonderful Schönhauser Allée and great shopping in Prenzlauer Berg.   Stayed here 3 nights in October-November 2013 and it was a good experience. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from Osloerstrasse U-Bahn station (u8 and u9 lines). Check-in can be made at the automatic machine they have outside of the hotel and it is quite fast. I stayed in a single room, it was clean, modern and cozy, with all the basic faci... what people say » lities needed despite being a very small area. The breakfast doesn't have a huge variety but it is acceptable. Overall, I strongly recommend this hote - The room & bathroom are v clean and new. The lady at the reception was v friendly, helpfull & funny. We loved her. The hotel is in a quite area but the tram is just accross the street & the underground is 5 min walk & take 10 min to reach the center of the city. The price is gr8. Wifi is good and free. I would come back to this hotel if i visit berlin again

It is located behind an apartment block in a somewhat narrow street, so the first impression can be misleading: the interiors are really great and comfortable.
