  Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room. The view and thelocation were just amazing! I'll definitely be back in that hotel. Ibooked that room because on offer due to the small size, but I swear itwas definitely big enough and with all the comforts.

  Lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff, good location, excellent air conditioning (the main reason I booked that particular hotel - August in Berlin can be stifling!). The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar.
