No atitude problem. Everybody treated the same. Good and easy S-Bahn connection to the fair grounds. Very nicely designed rooms. concienient parking spaces and location to the Messe. Price was too high and the service at breakfast was a bit poor. The entry lock wouldn't let us in! And there was not a shaving point.THEName designhotel is unknown by local people and does not appear on thestreet, so getting directions was frustrating!.
