Very nice hotel with great restaurant. Middle in the old town of Gelnhausen. Nice and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast (not in room price).

Very poor staff. Not accepted my Visa Card. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my bill written by hand. The girl was very slowly, speaks german and english very poor.

Great location in middle of medieval section of town for easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Newly renovate hotel facilities and super clean.

Had to telephone hotel contact and waited 30 minutes for entry to hotel after arrival in early evening hours.

The owners wife is far away from friendly, and should study hospitality first (the owner however seems much nicer) Bathroom smelly Rooms rather small

The location was good, in the old town. There was a good bakery nearby, which meant we didn't need the hotel breakfast.

No hot water for shower in the morning! Our room was right across from the checkin desk, which was a bit strange.
