We were treated with care, and even upgraded to a business class room. The accomidations were exactly what we needed for our short stay. The locatiion of the Hotel, breakfast was excellent and the fact that room was cleaned on a daily basis. friendly staff and convenient location. Very helpful to visitors to their city. Nice and clean, close to city centre and train station.

Almost nothing, narrow room,2 days climbing to the 4th floor cause oflift damage....... Good Location, near Main Station. I did not like the lift being out of order for the duration of the stayand being put on the 5th floor especially when part of the hotel wasserviced by a lift,look at when the hotel was booked. Hotel smell of cooking was horrible.It's location. I did not like anything I was travelling business and had to face,to sleep over in a bed where probably a hore was having a client anhour ago....center location. i would have liked there to be some italian channels. Too close to red light district. Our wake up call did not happen, but we always have our mobile phones with alarm set so we did not miss our flight.Poor Bar area to have a drink in the night. no free internet use or wifi. My friends called several times and left a message. I never received those messages. The rooms were very smart but should have had more lighting, as dim mood lighting can be lonely and depressing.I did not realise that the room size would be so small. Lack of lobby area ( too small).it would be good if the hotel could provide a wheelchair on the premises for use of handicapped guests. The hotel was fine, although they might think of providing a wider range of products in the bathroom. The price did seem high, in most cities we have visited one would expect more for the price or this hotel for less. However, Frankfurt does seem to be an expensive destination.The pillows in the rooms were too soft. It would be better to have two pillows, one soft and one harder. There were some very noisy guys shouting and yelling and loading atruck or a van or something like that in the backyard, which lastedabout until midnight. It was not very pleasant, but on the other hand,I don't book a hotel in the very city centre, in order to have mypiece, so it was ok.it has no parking place. the staff say there is a parking near by but they wouldn't show it to you. the hotel have 2 parts , old and new and we were unhappy to receive the old part, and it was not mention in the web .Price was rather high because of the Messe. I expected a richer portfolio of services for a 4 start hotel.The rooms at the front of the hotel can be very noisy. breakfast could be better for this price, breakfasz room is to small. more hapiness from the reception, c'mon guys u're working in a Ramada , enjoy it... lack of bar to relax in the evening. The in-room internet connection did not work. So, after more than an hour of effort including changes devices and calling to the call center, I had to go down to the business center. The young lady at reception wanted to charge us for our baby being in our room (which is free), then she told us no baby cots were available even though we had asked for one when making the booking. Her reply was that it wasn't taken into consideration as we had "requested" for one... we should have said that we "needed" one. After our protest she said she could borrow one from a sister hotel.room facility is not so good, noise when window open, no air conditioner. Food is poor comparing with room rate. concept of family room is not considered. Restaurant beside was horrible and we did not have our breakfast.Room was dirty, Loud and very bright inside the room at night. It was disapointing, the room definitly does not earn 4 stars, at thebreakfast I had to wait 10 min. Becuase they forgot to serve bread!!!!,Finally I got some toast....,.
