The location and the excellent staff. The best thing was the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the central location to the Christmas Markets, staff very helpful too. The location of the hotel was excellent for the christmas markets just a few steps away. There was no bar at the hotel but there was nice touches like when you went back to the hotel in the afternoon/early evening you were offered Gluwein and chocolates also chocolate and cake were left in your room. Very clean hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff would definitely stay again.

Not a luxury hotel, but newer than many I've stayed at in Germany and while on a busy street it was in walking distance of everything. Businesslike hotel, no charm, but worth the price.the staff were very welcoming and friendly , always greeted with a smile in all areas of the hotel , Very accommodating with our requests . Lovely atmosphere , gluhwein and biscuits / sweets on offer all the time at reception. the saff are very friendly and the location is perfect. very near o the shopping area. Service, nice stuff. good breakfast. Staff was friendly. Great location next to Zeil. Good breakfast buffet which was included in our price. Quite room even though we were on the street side. Comfortable room. Very nice and accomodating staff.i like nice location for hotel coz its very near from dawn tawon and shopping center. Good staff speaking decent English. They did not supply Shampoo or conditioner whcih I would have expected from a four star hotel. The towels were very small and very worn. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room. No onsite parking, but indoor public parking around the corner. the room is a little small and the toilet is v small. Room is too small. We requested a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room. Shower is small. No coffee in room.no. Rooms were remarkably small for a double.The double bedroom which we occupied was really too small for comfort, and appeared as though converted from single room occupancy.We did feel rather cramped. compered with other hotels we stayed in germany the breakfast was poor,the room was very small,some rubbish from previous guests under the beds.would rate this hotel less then average.
