  The staff was very friendly. The hotel does not have internet, so I was forced to switch off my phone, relax and enjoy the stay, which is something very good - Great location in middle of town. Good local food in restaurant. A nice 30 minute walk to Wartburg castle (uphill obviously!)

  This is a jewel of a hotel. Atop mountain, it sits below a taller mountain with the Wartburg Castle atop it. My room was spacious, with high ceilings and lots of windows. Beautiful view to the mountains and over the town. The room exceeded my expectations in every way.
