The lady in charge was absolutely wonderful. She went way beyond what I was expecting in the service there!!! Great food for breakfast! She even hung up my wet laundry on the balcony for me. Now that is going beyond!!!. Hotel staffs were very kind for me and hotel's location was very good(tram was nearest). And breakfast was good too.When I arrived at pension there was nobody at reception. Only mobile number on front door. I had no mobile phone and had to return to city centre to ring number. Also WIFI was password protected but I had no means of obtaining password as no-one was at front desk.
