It was a very good room suitable for a 3 person family, and the value at which the room was offered was great. However, if I had to pay the normal price for the hotel, it would be expensive. It was only due to the special price of LetsBookHotel.com that I took this hotel. no problems occured when i arrived at 11.00 to check in eventhough booking did not let to arrive earlier that 14.00. staff very good, room clean, well slept.

Breakfast was alright, a bit crowded because of tour groups. Despite the name of the hotel, it is not located in the old past of town. Far from city center. Mini-kitchen is a very useful thing in apart-hotels. But: the kettle is absolutely nothing without cups and spoons, the stove - without any pot or a pan,eating is impossible without plates and forks. We were there only 1 night so we survived. there were no dishes, no kitchen stuff. It should have been something from kitchen stuff. We have put the towels on the bath floor, but in the evening I saw that nobody replace them. We have pay 1 euro more than the price declared in the drink card for two coffes in the bar at the reception desk. Our room was situated direction to a busy road, we could hear noise coming from the street at night. We stood there only one night, so we managed and did not want to move.The name fools you a bit. It's not in the old city. Close enough to get there by car in a few minutes, though. Free wireless internet in the lobby just for 15 minutes and then you have to get at the reception another set of the usernames and the passswords;Not in the very city centre (walking abt 20-30 min) but it was expected. a little far from the historical center of the city. the kitchen in my family room was equipt with ... nothing: no plates, no mugs, knifes etc.pricing of the breakfast! My stay in dbl room did cost Eur 59, my two breakfast were charged Eur 28... Noisy due to road close to hotel. It is rather close to Dresden Hbf, but in the opposite side to the main tourism attractions. The breakfast costs 14 Euros and I think that for this price some more “cooked” meals can be added.Room was too white. Pretty far from the city center (need to take a cab). breakfast too expensive, unprofessional staff, error on final bill. Too far away from the tourism areas; staff are lack of smiles and do not speak English well.

Coming from Chemnitz/Leipzig:
- Leave the motorway at the exit Dresden-Gorbitz
- On the B173, follow the signs to the city centre
- After the tunnel, take the right-hand lane and drive towards the city centre
- After crossing the Nossener Bridge, turn left towards the city centre/Arbeitsamt into Budapester Straße
- After 300 m you will reach the Hotel. Please turn left into Hahnebergstraße at the next set of traffic lights in order to enter our garage.

Coming from Berlin A4/A13
- Leave the motorway at the exit Dresden-Hellerau
- Go straight ahead (on the B170) towards the city centre, Pirna/Prag
- Turn right into Antonstraße straight after the railway bridge at Dresden-Neustadt train station, and head towards Meißen
- Drive straight ahead, crossing the bridge Marienbrücke
- Pass the World Trade Center and turn right into Budapester Straße (a 4-lane street), in the direction of Freital
- You will find our hotel on the right-hand side.
