The staff were helpful. The breakfast was a feast and it is oh so convenient to everything. Simple but clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staff veryhelpful and friendly.Very friendly. Knew who we were as soon as we walked in the door! Despite a mess-up with the keys to our room going to someone else before we arrived, this was more funny than annoying. Room we ended up in was fine for our needs. Breakfast spread was good. Hotel Location very good, 15 minute walk from station with bags. Ideal position for shops and Cathedral. The hotel had everything I needed -- including Internet access in my room. It's in a pedestrian zone, so there was little disturbance from outside, even though the room was in the front.Very nice, friendly and helpful staff; hotel right in very centre of city. Woops, solved by angling shower away from door!. rooms could be a bit more equipped - for a 4-star hotel; heating could be a bit better. Only one English channel on the television.Breakfast room would havebenefited from a communal toaster.A Bit noisy on Saturday night as it isclose to a big nightclub. Breakfast could have been better - more fruit, croissants every day, better coffee. price was increased due to a major fair in the city. 100 euro not reasonable for this comfort level.
