  We stayed here just for one night, the hotel is very nice. We arrived quite late and just in time for the buffet which was really good. Nice staff, good comfy room and easy parking - Excellent view of the Reichsburg Castle across the Mosel river. Nice food and staff

We couldn't figure out how to use the telephone system to get a wake up call (due to the language barrier) so the staff personally came up to our room to make sure that my husband woke up and made it to his meeting on time.   Location with view across river to castle was superb.Staff very friendly organised space in the boiler room to dry our wet motorcycle gear first day we arrived.Breakfast was excellent and at sensible time,they arranged it one hour earlier (7 am) one day as we needed an early start.Reserved parking for 6 motorcycles was available as requested.Town c... what people say » enre was a 5 minute walk. - The rooms were nice and had beautiful veiws.
