  I wanted to visit Colditz. So I found the Roter Hirsch quite by chance. Whay a find ! It is everything a small village pub ought to be and seldom is. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are more than adequate. Excellent showers etc, Excellent food. Rather good beer! Have been back since and will go there again. P.S. Cp;ditz is ... what people say » 20 min. away and well worth the 15 Euros tour. - Good location for a visit to Colditz and the Sachsenring. The landlord was very friendly and helpful, suggesting places we might like to visit as well as those on our itinerary. Very accommodating - finding room to park 4 motorbikes under cover.
