The check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed. Next morning the directions for sight seeing were very clear and helpful. we were able to get a lot done in the short time that we were there. We must say it was a pleasant experience and we would come back here, when we visit again.

We would have preferred more news Channels in English.

The location was excellent, right in the very heart of Berlin, where all historical monuments and Friedrichstraße shops and malls are few minutes away as is the U-bahn stations. The staff was very helpful and quick to answer our demands. The hotel seemed to be brand new with comfortable furnishing. The breakfast was fairly rich and delicious.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced (14€) and surprisingly, the room wasn't equipped with coffee maker. The pillows and blankets were a bit uncomfortable although the staff offered us extra pillows and blankets on request

Very pleasant staff throughout the stay. Room was spacious and thankfully very quiet. Excellent breakfast and the bistro menu was perfect for those who want a snack.

Hotel seemed brand new . Hotel was spotless and very well staffed . Best parking facilities of the eight hotels on our trip . Location could not have been better . We walked to all the attractions we were interested in . Highly recommend this hotel .

Staff were very friendly and helpful location was excellent a stones throw away from checkpoint charlie and in walking distance of most of the tourist sites.

Room was quite small but suited us well so we weren't bothered really.

Standard room was quite comfortable for two sharing. Location is pretty good with U2 and U6 nearby, its in a good area. Breakfast was great - in fact probably best I have had in Germany to date. Visit bob shop over the road if you get chance.

Had a late night flight and when I inquired about a late checkout and possable fee I was told charge was €74?????? Totally unreasonable and would cause me not to return

The rooms are spatious and clean and location is almost perfect for city trips, very close to the major amenities of Berlin. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. Comfortable, clean and really nice rooms. Very good location. Free and fast internet.

Limited parking places. But there is a parking garage at Fridrichstrasse resp. Taubenstrasse just few hundred meters away and for only 4.50 EUR/24hrs! Rather expensive breakfast but you can have a breakfast anywhere around.

Great location literally beside checkpoint charlie. Very comfortable quiet room. Night staff member was friendly, helpful and professional.

Reception staff during day not so friendly. Cleaning staff knocked on my door 3 times before checkout time, starting at 9.30am.

Right at Check-Point Charley and just down from one of Berlin's shopping areas. Great restaurant that makes fantastic soups and schnitzel.

The hotel is very well located (100 meters from checkpoint charlie). The staff is very hepful. The internet within the hotel works well. Our room was very spacious.

House cleaning should be done in more detail. The room should be thoroughly vacuumed. Also, clean sheets shouldn't have any stains on them.

the huge glass window between the restroom and the bedroom is really embarassing. There is no option to make any curtain between the toilet and the bedroom and its disgusting!

The the location of this hotel was amazing, Located halfway between Checkpoint Charlie and a remaining portion of the wall with a great exhibit. The hotel was new and very clean but I had a few problems which I will give in details on the next section but the hotel staff adjusted my bill to reflect these issues and were very courteous. They took off 10% of my bill and also included breakfast which was nice because since it was 14 Euros I wouldn't have taken it otherwise. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very good and the service was great.

I had 2 problems with my room that were resolved with an adjustment to the bill since the hotel was full and they couldn't move me to another room. The lock didn't work and I had to have someone from the front desk let me in every time I returned to my room. Also the heat didn't work in my room but it was the end of August & I am overly sensitive to the cold. The breakfast was 14 Euros.

The hotel was modern and clean, and located a minutes walk from checkpoint Charlie and down the street from the UBahn.

The toom wasnt teafy when i arrived and they still would be cleaning rooms around 5 pm. The staff was polite but not overly helpful, and directed us to a restaurant that had been closed for months.

Rooms are a little bit small and I cannot understand why there is a transparent full length glass panel in the wall separating the toilet/shower from the sleeping area.Some people prefer to carry out their ablutions in private and their wishes should be accommodated.

Very good location, near to two U-bahn stations and many touristic places; clean room with very good design; bakeries and coffee-shops with delicious croissants nearby.
