one appartment was in the 4th floor with no lift but this is only a minor inconvenience and wouldnt stop us booking again.

ground floor location with people walking near the windows, but we finally get used to it
a bit disctant from sights.
Noisy building site, noisy waste facilities behind the building.
Location is a bit far from the town but this was not an issue for us as we had rented car for commuting.
