The location was fantastic: 5-10 minute walk to Potzdammer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie, somthing of Terror (takes you through the history of how Hitler started to how it was ended) 15-20 minute walk to Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag (German parliment building) Although being close to everything the hotel is out of the way on a quite street which i found fantastic as you are not awoken by drunks of passing traffic. The hotel is also big on health!!! Most hotels would put a chocolate on your pillow here an apple!!! YES AN APPLE!!!! The room has everything that you could ask for: Bed, T.V (dont know why you would need one), kettle, shower and bath, large storage area (in superior room), centre window opens fully for more fresh air, electric bilnd controlled by yourself, what more could you ask for!!! If you book anywhere else it would be silly!!! Unless obviously it is The Ritz or so!!! Also if you are lucky enough, like i was, you might not even have to pay for parking as you can park on the side of the street right outside the hotel. There are limited spaces but if you dont get one the hotel has its own private parking.

I didnt seem to have any air con. It was rather hot during my stay and leaving the windows open wasnt a great help. I would have liked to see a booklet with points of interest inside to show people what they can door and where they can go. The parking prices (€17 a night or so). Like i said before if you are lucky like me you could park right outside but if not i find €17 WAAAAAAYYYYYY TOO HIGH.

that we had the children near to us - on opposite - and that we could close the door in the hall so it looked like a suite. The hotel was quiet, very comfortable and people were very friendly and helpfull.

For 4 people 60 euros for breakfast is a lot. We dont eat that much. In the bathroom (floor 6) you smell the toilet which isnt very nice if you are in the bathtop.

Very welcoming staff and access to S bahn for siteseeing with still being in a quiet part of Berlin. Close to Checkpoint Charlie.

Convenience of the "big" sites in Berlin such as Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Unter den Linden. Public transport was also very close and the number of different restaurants was also a plus. We were thrilled with our room - it was a large and roomy suite with two bathrooms and very unusual at this particular price point. Room was quiet as it overlooked the courtyard.

We were delighted with our stay and have no complaints - one small criticism was that the carpet was rather badly stained and could have benefited from a clean

The hotel was in a great location, right on the doorstep of all the main attractions of Berlin and even opposite the Topography of Terrors Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always polite and could speak perfect English. They even rang a restaurant for ten minutes trying to get us a reservation. The room was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities you would require.
