the hotel is in an excellent location

Staff were very friendly and efficient.

The double duvet was smaller than the bed, so we had to ask for a second one. We would have preferred a double duvet. The room service menu was very limited and the menu after 11pm only had pizza as a choice.

Generally clean, neat and good facilities. Good sized rooms withexcellent shower/W.C. Staff polite generally.

The only thing letting the service down was the fact no Tea/Coffeemaking facilities where available in any of the 5 rooms booked, this wasa stated service on the Hotel. After this was pointed out onlyfacilities where made available to 2 rooms as staff maintained therewhere no more kettles.

Its very near the Underground which makes it easy to commute.

Hotel is centrally located, very modern and clean. Free internet in lobby very useful.

Small room and bed. Breakfast very expensive (did not have it because of that).
