This is a pension placing in the first floor of an art nouvau building. 6-7 spacious rooms with very high ceilings and my room has also had a very nice balcony to drink a cup of tea or wine.. The location is also a good place in the city; first of all quiet, close to shoping areas, good restauranst with modarate prices and cosy places, though the attendant guy told me that it is a gay district but this dont make any problem if you are not. all reviews » Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. The beddings was very comfortable and there's even a cordless phone in the apartment and they provide sunblock lotion. The location is very convenient as it is a short walking distance t. The locaion was ideal this was a furnished apartment with a lot of space and great facilities. The location was ideal wilth restaurants, shopping (not my idea of fun), fresh markets and public tranport close by. The manger was very pleasant and gave some good information. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The pension is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is only a few minutes walk to the nearest U-bahn station. Large spacious bedroom with tall ceilings. We can hear what is going on on the adjacents rooms but that was not that much of an issue either. Nothing. German pillows on bed were uncomfortable. If you can sleep well hearing clearly baby crying upstairs and someone packing up next door, then it is a good place for you.
