NH Hotels are wonderful. Steps away from train station. Wonderview of trains. My husband who is a train lover loved it!

Breakfast was too much not worth $21 euros.

The hotel was beautiful and felt very welcoming. The room was bright, clean and I loved the big bath! Breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect for getting around.

I had a problem trying to get room service so unfortunately gave up!

Excellent hotel. It was in the best position possible for seeing Berlin, the staff could not have been more courteous or helpful and the rooms, bar, lobby, public loos' were all we could have wished for and more. Tip. Swipe your room card in the lift and it automatically selects you floor.

All were agreed that the breakfast price, €19, was out of touch. Luckily there is an excellent cafe two doors down in Friedrichstrasse.

The hotel was a great value, the location was super and close to all public transportation. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was very nice!

Gym was very small and poor - only three exercise machines, one of which didn't work. And double bed is made of two pieces, ugh.

The hotel lies in the heart of Berlin, it is close to the S-Bahn and the U-bahn stations of Friedrichstrasse, wich makes it easy and efficient to get around in the city. The hotel is fresh, modern, the staff is polite and service minded and the hotel is not overly expensive.

The room is spacious and plenty of wardrobes and shelfs. The hotel provides wardrobes and sleepers. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Entrance to metro is in front of the door. The Friedrichstrasse railway station across the street. The Bus stop to Tegel airport is in two blocks (3 minutes by walk) away.

1. A price of breakfast is unendurable high. (But I have to say that selection and quality of breakfast are of the highest standards.) On the other hand, there are coffee/tea-making facility in the room to solve this problem. 2. The price of Internet is a bit high.

Breakfest was excellent. Hotel was perfect situated nearby the station and all the important highlights of Berlin where in the neighbourhood.
