due to changes in our flight, we arrived 15 hours before the check in. the receptionist offerd us to use the room for no extra charge. in general, the staff was very helpful and kind. the room was very comfortable and very clean. There was a subway stop around the corner which was great for getting around the city. The breakfast was great. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations.

No it was excellent. coffee making facilities in room. Just for mentioning it, it was quite irritating having to squeeze the oranges yourself, but it is just a little detail. Price in general are quite high, but we got a good offer (including breakfast!) this time. No refrigerator.Breakfast price 17 Euro we had breakfast at small cafe about 600 meters away and was 17 euros for 4 people. Their charge for an in-house breakfast was too high. We got referred to the bar for a coffee at night when we returned, because restaurant staff were closing; not a big deal, but the bar was small and noisy, the restaurant was quiet, and there were other customers in it at the time.The price charged for breakfast. At night we had to choose between the loud air conditioner and the noise outside.Everything was on my expectancies. You should state which station to use when describing its location.There was no iron. Everything OK.The only remark for me is that the mattress couldbe harder.Room a bit small but well appointed. We travelled as a group of 18, we decided that we would eat dinner in the hotel restraunt, it was without doubt the worst servise I have ever seen or experienced. The food (which was good) took over 2hrs to be served, we where never asked if we would like any more drinks, so I sat with no drink for over an hour.The lack of free wifi. For the price of the accomodation i would have expected not to have to pay high fees for wifi usage. If hostels can provide free wifi access then surely 3 star hotels can to!. The room was quite small. pillow too soft.
