The appartments were large, included breakfast, staff were polite and helpful and it was excellent value for money. Public transport was very close, very easy to get around.

The hotel is very accommodating. Friendly staff. Great location--very close to the U and S-Bahn. All rooms have a good size kitchen (with silverware, pans, and pots included) and a balcony. A delicious breakfast is included in the price---who can ask for anything else. Say hi to Hans at breakfast---he always greeted us with a smile.

Hotel staff was very friendly, and always very helpful, specially because we are non German speakers. The hotel is also located on excellent area that allows quick access to Berlin's main atractions, once you master the public transportation system you can either take the tram,bus or subway that are available near by. Breakfast was also excellent.

The CD Player at thr room did not work properly, and breakfast's Expresso Coffee machine was broken (a big problem for whose appreciate Coffee), but these are minor details.

The roomy apartment and the location

We did not have to pay for breakfast because it was included in the price of the room, but I thought 12 euros was way too high for the selection.

Friendly staff and location.

We booked a double room and got 2 single bed pushed together, which weregreat on there own but not together.

Unfortunately it looked as though our room was left out of the 'cleaning' round. We had to ask for towels and additional toilet rolls.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean and quite comfortable. The location was great and easy to get around on the U-Bahn.

The street noise was quite loud and we needed to keep the windows open for the breeze to keep the room cool, so I would recommend requesting a garden apartment or bring earplugs.

The late arrivals gust to face a problem with the check in. The hotel should send a massage via the email how to to check in after 2200.

I loved the comfort of the room, the location and the friendliness of staff.

Great room, excellent facilities.

Would have liked to rent an English DVD, as mentioned in the hotel booklet. However the man at reception told me that the list of DVDs was lost and he had no idea which ones were in English, and he did not bother to look.
