We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay. The hotel staff was invariably warm and helpful. While basic, the pension was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable and welcoming place to return to after our days of touring the city of Berlin. I've never stayed in a Pension before, but the Dittberner was a pleasantexperience. Clean and reasonably priced rooms and excellent location; Ialso enjoyed going up and down the lift (1911) like a little boy. Theowner, Mrs Lange, is a nice woman, very welcoming, a contrast to some ofthe rudeness one can experience in Berlin. Recommended.
