The hotel was really easy to find and close to the tube station making it really easy getting around the city. The room and breakfast was faultless, really clean and comfortable, and a real variety available for breakfast.

They told us all standard rooms look out into the courtyard, but we looked out over the street, didn't see it as a negative though. The street was not too noisy.

Good position, very nice and interesting modern design, sufficient variety for the buffet breakfast.

Inconstancy in messages and actions of the front desk personnel regarding the deposits and payments. They said that if we pay the staying in advance we do not need to make a deposit over 50 Euro. After paying in advance they still blocked the card for an amount over 50 euro. At the end of our stay when checking out they said the deposit was already released, but actually it wasn’t. the amount was released after two weeks. Not a very friendly and warmth atmosphere.

The hotel is located very close to Alexanderplatz metro station and train station. Rooms are clean and have contemporary design. Coffee-making machine in the room is a very pleasant facility.

The carpet in the public corridor on our floor looked outdated. We didn't have slippers although it should have been included as per the room description. Shower gel was replenished only on the 3rd day of our stay. The air-conditioner didn't work in heating mode whereas it was chilly outside and the wooden floor in the room was cold.

There was nothing to fault on this holiday, the room and service was amazing, a big thank you to Charel, who was very helpful and kind, thank you so much we had a very hectic schedule and knowing we could come back to this amazing room just made for the perfect experience ! Big thumbs up!

Really pleasant stay: we liked the room very much, it is bigger than any hotel room we saw in Berlin. The staff was very welcome! The facilities were perfect and very clean. Overall it was beautiful stay for these money. Next time we will definitely return!

Nice room and service, good location.

A bit odd that you first had to "pay" for the bill (plus quite much extra money) at the arriving day, and then the last day (when you check out) and you finally pay for the room, the money from the first day is "locked", or reserved. I got it back of course, but it took a few days.

The decor and attention to detail....Personal style and not typical chain hotel...Good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant... Nice clientele, so quality fellow guests not package tour brigade..Staff very helpful and quality...Food good...Nice wines....Stayed in 4 hotels as car was being repaired ,my children thought this one the best,me too.

The hotel is conveniently located, within easy walking distances to tram, bus and ubahn. The rooms are well-appointed, the exercise room is nice, the breakfast (which can be included with the room) is excellent, and the staff are very helpful.

If you are looking for an excellent hotel - great location, fabulous breakfast buffet, modern and clean rooms - then look no further. I spent hours searching online and believe me this hotel was wonderful. You'll thank me for the recommendation!!

We've enoyed our stay in general. We didn't really spend time in the hotel. The room was very nice and clean.

When we arrived (around 1pm) our room wasn't ready yet. We found this not a problem since checkin was from 3pm. So we walked around a bit and explored the neighborhood. But when our room still wasn't ready at 5pm they could've at least offered us free drinks in the bar.

Great staff-customer orientatedand fluent English speaking,modern,boutique hotel,fabulous breakfast,large room,comfortable bed,huge bathroom/washroom,it had a safe,it had towelling robes,spotlessly clean,view of Alexanderplatz.

My wife complained about the lack of dressing facility ie no dressing table with mirror and socket(for hair dryer,curling tongues etc)

The location was good for going exploring but the area around Alexanderplatz is a bit grey the hotel was lovely and one of the bar staff was really friendly and helpful and even booked us a table at a restaurant that he had recommended for a romantic meal as my boyfriend and I had got engaged the night before

that it was right next to a tram line and what sounded like a techno all night rave club!

Будьте внимательны с оплатой. У нас сняли с карты на 50 евро больше стоимости номера, именно сняли, а не заблокировали. Прошло 5 дней - возврата нет. Надеюсь вернут.

The location was good. Very close to Alexander platz/metro/tram.

The price was too high for the size of the room (for sure not a king deluxe room!). The maid didn't replace soap and shampoo and the receptionist was impolite when we asked for a new one.

We loved the location! Close to Alexanderplatz, shopping, and Museum Island.

WIFI IS NOT FREE! You get a basic account, a few MB and after you use that you have to pay 8 Euros. Hard to us as we needed to check emails/let family know we arrived safely. Since the site said free we had to argue with the staff each night in order to get a free pass for more then the small MB's. Room was very small! No place for us to put our luggage aside from under the bed.
