I visited Berlin many times before and stayed in different hotels and apartments but I like RS the most. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, near to the Netto, KFC, McDonald's and to the best shopping area in Berlin. And the best thing about the location is that the Augsburger Straße Underground is right front of the building. It can get you to the most interesting places in Berlin just in minutes like Potsdamer Platz or even Alexander Platz. The apartment was. all reviews »
Excellent location, 1 min walk from metro station and only few mins from Ku'damm shopping street. The apartment is comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. The key holder was friendly an helpful.

The picts on the booking site are totally different from the real apartment. The bathroom is very small. Charging 5 Eur for wi-fi and no satellite TV channels.

4pm is a very late check in should like others at 2pm.
An apartment rental is a poor substitute compared to the amenities of any hotel. Bed cover stuffing has never been washed. Apartment quality was significantly lower than another rental apartment in the same building.
very bad rooms, not like photo, it is not a hotel, it is a room in normal residency bilding, one neighbor ask me to be quit because she has to go to work in the next day !!!!! i supposed to be quit after 8 pm!!!! there is no service in the room. it is very strage that this hotel or appartement in booking.
