Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The bar manager Andre even organised my 60th birthday! Organising champagne with strawberries when I came down from my room, a taxi for the 6 of us and a booking in a fab Italian restaurant. We couldn't have been made more welcome! I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, .
all reviews » We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited. 150 feet to the SBahn ( Hackescher market). We took the TXL express bus from the airport to Alexanderplatz, and the walked about 3 blocks to the Adina. We had a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. A rollaway was brought in for our son. Grocery store and bakery were around the corner near Stadt Bahn, so we could buy our breakfast and eat in the room. Very convenient for a family sightseeing. To top things off, I left my computer charger in the room: I called the front desk from the t. The room was a studio with everything you needed. The kitchen was wonderful – new, modern and complete. The stuff was very nice, attentive, and assertive. We could choose our room and it was big, silent, even the air conditioning system was silent. The location is great, heaving the metro station nearby, a supermarket in the neighborhood and even you could rich interesting places by foot. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends and for sure, we'll come again. We'll check for the hotel c. The location was superb. The apartment was really well laid out and everything you could want was there. The sound proofing was superb and we got five great nights of sound sleep. The atmosphere in the restaurants close by was great. It was 5 mins to the Berlin cathedral and the Museum Island. The area was spotless and safe and the S Bahn was on your doorstep. It's not cheap, especially on a Saturday night, but the accommodation made the holiday for us and I would highly recommend it!. Modern spacious well designed studio room with a very Large comfortable bed and neat little kitchen area. The bathroom was a joy with a big shower that was not over a bath. Nice staff great location lots of restaurants. Our room on the second floor which was quiet as it faced the courtyard. Close to the train station and tram stop supermarket and trendy shops. Close to museum island and the Berlin Dom which is a must see. I stayed here for 3 nights for my birthday in November and we had such a fantastic time. I had requested the rooms on the top floor and my wish was granted. The hotel is absolutely lovely and clean and located in a great area with easy access to all the tourist destinations. Museum Island is only 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff where amazing and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Choosing Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Hackescher Markt for my Holidays in Berlin was a very good choice.  I Stayed here for 6 nights and I really had a wonderful time.  It has a perfect location, comfortable and quiet rooms and very kind and friendly staff.  I would highly recommend this Hotel to all my friends and relatives and will definitely be one of my first preferences for a Hotel in Berlin when I return back. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the facilities are exceptional and the location is perfect for shopping and close to public transport. Nothing!. Hotel breakfast was 19 Euros each, so avoid that. buy your own! They should have free WiFi in rooms. Actually it is free in lobby with special one hour code slips, so we just used the code slips in our room instead. It worked great and they lasted beyond an hour. It was rather uncomfortable that we didn't have free Wi-fi in the room too. I suggest the hotel to improve the amount of toiletries they put in the bathroom. The power of the shower wasn't as good as was in the taps and the temperature of it, at times, was temperamental. Nothing really but the free wifi was only for the foyer and bar area for 1 hour intervals. Nothing. No Free Wifi in room, available only in Bar or Lobby. Nothing we did not like. Maybe the free internet check in every hour is a bit fiddly but otherwise a great place to stay. Electronic equipment in the closet of the room makes an odd "popping" sound. Expensive breakfast, no slippers or bathrobe, not enough amenities in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a bath in the rooms, but the shower was fine. Honestly nothing. Wifi not readily available in the rooms, only in the lobby area, and needed a new login and password every time to go online. But this wouldn't put me off highly recommending this hotel. Nothing!. Staff appeared to be put off, did no more than required to assist (not as friendly and helpful as other locations we've stayed in Europe). Nothing. Nothing. Whirpool not hot. I think they could have provided free wi-fi in all apartments as an extra benefit, otherwise nothing to complain about. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. Floor in toilet is not heating. No negative comments. A bit understaffed - Reception only had one person manning the desk when we checked in, with several groups in front of us this meant we waited nearly half an hour to check in. The noise from the street outside on Saturday night. 35 euros per night for an extra bed was very expensive - we had a one bedroom apartment in which only my mother and I stayed - we needed the extra bed so that my mother and I could sleep in separate beds, not because there was a third person. Nothing. I asked for a double bed, and surprised to find that they made a twin bed with a bedcover to pretend it's a double bed...which was a little bit weird to feel an invisible gap in the central... I am one of those people that strongly believe that the internet should be free, specially in a hotel for its guests. It's ludicrous having to pay for it and it is not cheap! Also, the charge for a telephone call (local #) to Lufthansa. As it turn out I did not get to talk to anyone, I was on hold for a few minutes!!!. No negative points). Nothing. Wi-fi not free (but still available) in rooms. Only getting vouchers for wi-fi (in lobby) valid for 1 hour. Gym had no windows so was a bit claustrophobic, so I didn't use it. No wifi in the room. Seems silly to have to pay extra. Quirky bedside lamp but not a major issue. The cost of an additional bed ($35 euro) per night.
