The staff was friendly, helpful, and accomandating. I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and they offered free parking for the duration of the time that I was going to be gone. They even picked me up at the airport to take me to my car after my trip even though I was not staying there that night. - Excellent value. Friendly host

They transported us to the Hahn airport irrespective whether we were flying or going into Frankfurt by bus - they also collected us irrespective of the time and did not charge anything at all.
