The kitchen was well stocked with utensils (yes, they do have bottle openers). Also, it really helps to have heated towels on cold days. It's only a 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro, which isn't that far at all. Though most part of the walk is on a slope. Needless to say, the price was incredibly reasonable.
