  We were there for a week ski-vacation and enjoy every moment of it. Hotel staffs were nice, friendly and helpful, clean room, good location, good food and heated room to store ski gears.   Zora, the Manager, was incredible and went above and beyond her duty. The trip would not nearly have been as great without her. The accommodation was also very affordable given how expensive the area is, and had everything one would require for a ski trip (heat, good shower, breakfast included) - All the Staff spoke some English and were helpful ... what people say » and accommodating where they could be The water was really hot - much appreciated Great convenient location with underground larking available.

Beds and bedcovers were really comfortable, thick curtains to stop the light. Great breakfast, restaurant served good meals. Staf was friendly. Nice and beautiful swimming pool and sauna.   Staff were excellent, very helpful even though my French was poor. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great. All the facilities were outstanding. I loved my stay there and would definitely come back again. - Goos quality and reasonable price.

  The staff working in this hotel is above excellent. Travelling with a 6 months old can be challenging but all our requests were looked after with the greatest care. Contrary to what you would expect in the mountain resort, the food was great. Great choice of food at breakfast time, even though there were only a handful of people in the hotel due to it being the start of the ski season.
