Upon arrival, which was very late at night we were shown to our room which only had twin beds. The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

Good quality products for breakfast, also real freshly grounded coffee from the bar for breakfast. Good seafood restaurant on the top floor though expensive. Location with nice marina view.
