  The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

  Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

  We was in hotel in summer. Own car is necessarily! The cottage is fairly cozy. The swimming pool (infant and adult) is very clean and fairly big. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. The tennis court is very good. We were playing every morning, tennis equipment you can take rent (2,5 EUR the tennis racket, 1EUR the ball). Comfortable new rooms, well-equipped kitchen, a delightful view of the lake, the mountains and the shore of the Switzerland. Clean air, a swimming pool and a tennis court, a good Internet. Good location on the border with Switzerland, in a convenient day-trips around the Swiss Alps and in French Alps and in small authentic towns.

  This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The breakfast was really good with lots - Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony.

We were upgraded to their best 3 bedrooms unit with large balcony, very much appreciated. It is very spacious with fully size kitchen and lounge room. They provided value for the money meals. Overall We - Recently renovated 1930's property at a very good price for the quality. More space than typical of the popular resorts (eg Meribel Rabbit Hutches). Two seperate rooms plus usual small kitchenette and seperate shower and bath. Plenty of room for kit. About good Motel standard, Plenty of parking. Convenient for racing at St Gervais or Les Houches

Great swimming pool, useful underground parking and had a super up to date piped film selection in multiple languages. Very quiet in evening and during night. Very close to lift. Reception staff helpful and efficient with warm welcome and gave a short tour of the facility and showed us to our appartement. Heated ski-ing - Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.
