Also found all the staff we spoke to very helpful, probably the best from all the hotels we had already visited. They went over and beyond to help us.   This was a wonderful hotel, convenient location, for our family and our recent visit to Paris. It is a small hotel and unassuming. It is not for people looking for a luxurious facility, but it was clean and the room was rather large (see below) and we enjoyed our stay and would happily return. While dropping off our luggage and making plans for our day, our room - I loved this little hotel! It is in a fantastic convenient location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. It will be my hotel of choice next time I'm in Paris (in fact, I almost hesitate to give it such a good review in fear that I will find it booked when I'm next looking to go!). Very much looking forward to returning. Thank you!

The value for quality is excellent in a city where you often have to pay top price for mediocre accomodations and service. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were on the fifth floor with view of the top 1/3 of the Eiffel Tower and thought that was delightful. The staff were really great and very helpful. They even provided assistance for our restaurant reservations which I truly appreciate as I've seen them get out of their way just to help us.
