We spent 3 days here with our three children -- 14, 11 & 8. The apartment was spacious enough for us to be comfortable, including a bunk bed in one of the rooms. Upon being dropped off on a Sunday afternoon, the taxi driver asked if we were sure this was the place as the entrance looked a bit odd and suspect and the street was expectedly dead for a late Sunday. However, the area is very convenient and we spent the three days walking to all the places we wanted the kids to see --- Louvre, Ei.
all reviews » We traveled with 6 people to Paris and were very pleased with our apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped so we could eat breakfast and a light dinner in our room, a grocery store and Patiserrie were a 5-minute walk a the most for our bread and other necessities, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the security was excellent, we had a great view of the garden, laundry machines were in our kitchen so very convenient, the refrigerator was large. The staff was v. Excellent Location (metro station just outside, supermarket down the road, all the big stores -grand magasins- just a few minutes walk). Close to a rer station too so we could just walk there to get the disneyland train Well equipped (the ps3 with a choice of games was a hit, the hair dryer i had to get one to bring home, nespresso machine, washer and dryer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, safe) Very clean We were given a mobile phone for local calls with the staff contact numbers on it. We . The location is super good, it locates in the nearby care Saint-Lazare and it takes 2 min. on foot to opera and La Fayette. You can easily take metro M4, 7 to the city center. The facilities of appartment are in good maintance incl. all you need: washing machine, dry machine, dish washing machine etc.. It is really ntimate that short stay paris provide a local mobile phone when you check in and the drinks in appartment are all free. The owner is very nice when we got into trouble in returning . We loved out stay here! We stayed for one week and really felt like we had our own little apartment in Paris. The apartment is very secure and we felt completely safe in this area. We did many trips to Lafayette and Primtemps and the supermarket too. The Monoprix was so close and convenient for all of our groceries. Travelling to all of the sights of Paris was easy also the Hop on Hop off bus stop was only about 5 mins walk. The staff especially Magali were extremely helpful. We will miss our l. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed The location was perfect - very central, but set back from the road so it was quiet The people were very helpful and responsive. Eg we managed to trip the fuseboard one evening and although the lady on duty was just leaving, she stayed back and sorted us out very quickly, and did it with a smile!. Excellent location, near to metro , supermarkets, major shopping centers and eateries . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Apartment was well equipped, with snacks , coffee pops , soda drinks and even a bottle of champagne ! And they even provide a cell phone for convenience of local calls. That we was as at home. Nice bathroom. The exterior of the building isn't a marvel like many Paris buildings, but other than that, we loved everything about the apartment. The laundry machine leaked so we put a towel on the floor to manage water leaks, but it was minor. The tv was very complicated, but why would one sit in a room in Paris and watch the tele?. It was a bit small for a family of 5 (but we got the 4 person apt with extra bed though) A bit pricier than other apartments but i think the location and equipment was worth it. Apartments we were presented are perfect for 3-4 persons, but not for 6 persons as beds available. The only negative thing is a real lack of wardrobe's space to put things, clothes in. Lift did not work on one day TV did not work No instructions in English for washing machine & dryer which were complicated to operate. nothing. Noise. The whole place was dark and gloomy plus hated the bed settee.
